The drive-line is what turns your axles and the axles turn the wheels. There are different drive line types, depending on whether the vehicle is front wheel drive, rear wheel drive, or four-wheel drive.

Located in a family home and very quick/effective. I had an emergency and was able to call them to repair my 3rd cylinder same day for a reasonable price. My car is still driving well after 3 months!Update: I utilized their service again for a fuel pump replacement. They were very prompt and came to my location to get the repair done. Highly recommend honest and fair on work that needs to be done to the car. Got my rotors and pads done along with a check engine light p0128 issue. So far so good. Chris worked on a Honda Odyssey my wife and I recently purchased, replacing some AC components and motor mounts. He did an excellent job on the service, getting me back on the road the same day. Yesterday my car was vibrating on the road, so I freaked out.I immediately checked on Google where I should go right now, which mean I typed 'best auto mechanic near me' on the goolge search box. Then, Cevin Auto Services popped.I called the shop and took my car there. Chris explained and showed me what the problem caused. He ordered all the parts over the phone and started to literally, dissemble the car while we were waiting for the parts. And he started to repair/replace the parts right after the parts had delivered. He did Lower control arm replacement, Lower ball joints replacement, Spark plugs and ignition coils replacement, Sway bar links replacement, Rotors, pads and hardware for brake job, Struts replacement. Unbelievably he finished the job within 3 hours without any break. When he asked me to pay for his labor, honestly I was shocked because it was a bit high. But I was very gladly to pay because he spent his time wisely and efficiently and the job was done nicely. If I drop off my car at the dealership, it would take more than 1 week for this job done.Now I can tell his job was marvelous when I drive my car.Now I am very happy to know a REAL REAL skillful and knowledgeable mechanic. I definitely will come back when I need to repair the car.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!I was stranded on the access road for hours trying to get home because my engine was hot as hell but this amazing person stop to ask if I need help and push my truck to a safe spot and did a fast diagnosis and fix it and he explained to me in plain English what he was going to do and what he did, not a mumble jumble language like others, trying to confuse you .I hope not to have any other problem like this but if happens I know where to go .

CEVIN Auto Services (Chris) and his assistant mechanic truly blessed us with their honest approach to automotive services. When Chris got to my house he walked Into a slew of issues caused by another mechanic located here in town, Chris opened everything up and walked me through the whole process, he was very upfront with the problems and how he would fix it. Not only did Chris have a stacked schedule they came back later that night and stayed until the job was done 1:30am and they were still going at it strong, after it was all done we planned out future plans to maintain the car in great working condition. I just moved to San Antonio from Dallas and was needing a new mechanic to check my new vehicle. They got right on it. Both were on it. They looked at the vehicle from front to back. Came to my home the next day since it was late the day before and took care of EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed, showed me receipts, and parts that were fixed with a smile.They definitely have a new loyal customer. The mechanic was great! The dealership was going to charge me $800+ To fix an issue with my oil pressure switch and he only charged me $250 for the labor and I bought the part myself who he as only $50. He has also noticed my brake fluid needed to be changed because it was black and should be clear. So he was proactive and included that as well! I definitely recommend him. He knows his stuff and is very proactive because he genuinely cares so he gives you a more than fair price for his services.
